When you place an order or contact us, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (if given). Payment details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment form — MoosePrints 3D never receives or stores your card number, CVV, or full payment data.

We also collect limited usage data automatically: pages visited, browser type, and general location (country/region) through Google Analytics (GA4). This data is anonymized and aggregated.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To fulfill and ship your order
• To send order confirmation and shipping notifications
• To respond to questions or support requests you send us
• To send occasional promotional emails (only if you opt in via the newsletter form)
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses your browser’s local storage to save your shopping cart between visits. We also use Google Analytics cookies to track aggregate site usage. No advertising or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks are used.

4. Data Retention

Order records (name, address, items purchased) are retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
