1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of mooseprints3d.com and any purchases you make from MoosePrints 3D, a one-person 3D printing shop. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Printed-to-Order Policy

All products are printed to order. Nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. This means each item is manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed, which may take 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of 3D printing materials (PLA, PETG). We strive to represent products accurately, but minor differences are inherent to the process.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time you place your order are the prices you will be charged. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is listed in error, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if we cannot fulfill the order. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled on our end.

5. Shipping

Shipping is a flat $10 for orders under $49. Orders of $49 or more ship free. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier and destination and are not guaranteed. MoosePrints 3D is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order — address errors that result in lost shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, descriptions, the MoosePrints 3D logo, and design files — is the property of MoosePrints 3D or used under license. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MoosePrints 3D is a sole proprietorship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

3D-printed products are decorative or novelty items and are not designed or tested for structural, load-bearing, medical, or safety-critical applications. Use products only as intended and described.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
