Refund & Return Policy

Every product is printed to order — made specifically for you. Because of this, we have a limited return window, but we stand fully behind the quality of our work.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, broken, or clearly not as described, we will make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo or short description of the issue

We’ll offer a full refund or a free replacement — your choice. You do not need to return the item unless specifically requested.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong product, color, or variant, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send the correct item at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

Because all products are printed specifically for each order, we are generally unable to accept returns for change of mind. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — if printing hasn’t begun, we can typically cancel and issue a full refund. Once an item is printed, cancellation may not be possible.

Color & Appearance Variations

3D-printed products can have minor layer lines, slight color variation from screen to print, or small surface textures that are inherent to the manufacturing process. These are not defects. We do our best to show accurate photos, but we cannot accept returns solely for these natural characteristics.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is genuinely lost in transit (tracking never shows delivered), reach out and we’ll work with you to resolve it. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
